Elliot Weintrob

President, CPO

About:

Elliot is the president of Orthotic Prosthetic Center and a certified prosthetist/orthotist. Elliot is a graduate of the University of Maryland and earned his Certificate in both Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University Medical School. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

As a 1992 Olympian and 2003 Ironman triathalete, he knows first hand the importance of having and maintaining an active lifestyle. While his patients' range in age from 6 months old to 89 years, Elliot's primary focus is to return them to the lifestyle prior to their limb loss.

About:

Angela graduated from Spokane Falls Community College Technician program in 2002. She is an ABC registered technician in both orthotics and prosthetics.

Ben Koch

Position:

Board Eligible - Prosthetist

About:

Joining the team in 2005 as a technician's apprentice, Ben had aspirations of eventually returning to school to become a certified prosthetist. This goal was achieved in 2007 as Ben completed the prosthetic certificate program at California State University Dominguez Hills, and then returned to OPC to complete his one year residency. Ben is currently board eligible and planning to sit for the ABC exam this November. Ben prides himself on keeping an open mind and exploring the various prosthetic options that are available to each individual patient and their specific needs, goals and expectations.

Ben graduated Cum Laude from St. Joseph's Univ. Philadelphia, PA in 2002. He was a NCAA track athlete who had many achievements including a personal best 4:07 mile.

Jon Jaskiewicz

Position:

CPO

About:

Jon is an ABC certified orthotist/prosthetist. He recieved his training at Northeast Metro Technical College, White Bear Lake, MN and recieved his BA from the The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA. He began his career in 1990 at Gillette Children's Hospital, St. Paul, MN and has since practiced in a variety of clinical settings. Jon is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. He is certified in state of the art technologies such as the Walk Aid, C-leg, Rheo knee and Proprio foot. Areas of interest include pediatric orthotic and geriatric prosthetic care.

Liz has been with OPC for over 6 years. She has always made great efforts to make our patients feel comfortable. " I love meeting and talking with all the wonderful and diverse people we take care of. You don't see the amputation, or other physical challenges, you see the strong, hard working and independent people who carry themselves with confidence, perseverance and overcome all odds".

About:

Mark graduated from Spokane Falls Community College Technician program in 2002. He is an ABC registered technician in both prosthetics and orthotics. Mark specializes in creative solutions for complex prosthetic patients. He gaines great satisfaction knowing that he is an integral part of a patients success. When not at work Mark can usually be found riding his tractor or working on his mountain home.

Greg Loomis

Position:

M Ed, Physical Therapist, Prosthetic Resident

About:

Greg comes to OPC following 10 years of service in the US Army. He completed his masters in exercise physiology while at the University of Virginia. He was selected to attend the US Army-Baylor Univ. program in physical therapy graduating in 2004. From 2004-2006 Greg worked as a P.T. at Walter Reed Army Medical Center rehabilitating injured soldiers and specialized in amputee gait training. Greg graduated from Northwestern University Medical School Prosthetic Certificate program in June 2008.

When not helping people get back back on their feet, Greg enjoys marathon running and has completed races of 26 or more miles on over 75 occasions.
